Whether you have insurance or not, Scott E. Roseberry, D.D.S. offers a variety of options to help you take care of your teeth. You can choose to use your insurance, or sign up for one of our relief plans for the uninsured. Payment plans are available through CareCredit^® or automatic bank account withdrawals.

Uninsured Patient Relief Program:
Option 1—Individual patient will receive 2 cleanings with check-ups, 4 bitewing X-rays, and a 15% discount on restorative work. The price for this plan is $155 per year or $18 per month with an automatic withdrawal from a bank account. Restorative procedures must be paid by cash or check in order to receive the discount. This package is non-transferable. Any package purchased over and above the first will be available for 10% off the original price. This package is effective for 1 year only.

Option 2—For a family of four, each adult patient, age 13 and up, will receive 2 cleanings with check-ups, 4 bitewing X-rays, and a 15% discount on restorative work. The total price for this package is $454 per year or $58 per month with an automatic withdrawal from a bank account. Restorative procedures must be paid by cash or check in order to receive the discount. This package is non-transferable. Any patient on the plan 14 years of age or younger will also receive a yearly fluoride treatment. Any other person over and above the fourth may be added at a cost of $112.50. This package is effective for 1 year only.

Option 3—Individual minor patient will receive 2 cleanings with check-ups, 4 bitewing X-rays, 1 fluoride treatment, and a 15% discount on restorative work. The price for this plan is $155 per year or $18 per month on an automatic withdrawal from a bank account. Restorative procedures must be paid by cash or check in order to receive the discount. This package is non-transferable. Any package purchased over and above the first will be available for 10% off the original price. This package is effective for 1 year only.
